There are monsters in the closet,

Where the cobwebs grow,

And something just below

The bed where snores begin,

There is something outside the window

Where the trees once stood,

And the eeriness of night,

Seeps in with its absence of light,

The noises can’t be human,

Clockwork, or the drycleaner downstairs,

It couldn’t be mom or dad,

Creeping up to crawl into bed,

It’s those monsters in the closet,

And the thing just below,

The thing outside the window,

A thing, nobody knows.

Slowly, as the eyes close,

And the snores begin to grow,

An eye appears,

From the bed, just below.

The Moon,

The orb which sits in darkness,

Only the reflection of the

Sun’s light.

It calls to the stars,

So far away,

They never hear his nightly

Plea’s, to runaway.

To escape the chilliness

Of the night,

To truly bask

In the Sun’s light.

Jealousy overtakes him,

The Earth is so lucky,

To get a fair share,

And the life she bares.

All he wants is

Some light,

Just to escape the

Dark cruel night.

The Moon,

The orb which sits in darkness,

Only the reflection of the

Sun’s light.

Want to know something kind of weird about this poem? I am really happy now because of it. Yeah, kind of odd I know lol

I am kind of bored, I have been stalling on doing school for the past few days, but tomorrow I MUST do some!!!

I am kind of oddly happy about that poem, even though I don't like it very much...

ANYWHO MORE ABOUT THE SCHOOLING! I will be doing I think Spanish tomorrow, f-u-n.
